Am Ende nehmen die mit dem Will-i-am die Tracks von Michael auf. Das wäre die Höhe!!! Protest!

Los Angeles - Will.I.Am fühlt sich von Michael Jacksons Geist verfolgt.

Der Black Eyed Peas- Star gestand, dass er nicht mehr in seinem alten Aufnahmestudio arbeitet, weil er dort einst auch mal mit dem King of Pop vor dem Mikro stand. Laut "contactmusic.com" ist es Will darin heute nicht mehr geheuer. Anstelle im Studio arbeitet er an seiner Musik jetzt lieber von seinem Laptop aus. Gegenüber der "Daily Star"-Zeitung sagte Will: "Meinen Laptop kann ich überall hin mitnehmen."

da haben doch die Medien gleich wieder eine Schlagzeile ... da bin ich doch gespannt, welche der vielen Produzenten mit den Jacksons ein Album aufnehmen werden ... sie scheinen doch dran zu glauben ... da hat bestimmt der Größenwahn von Jermaine abgefärbt ... :)

Geisterstunde bei will.i.am (37): Der "Black Eyed Peas"-Star fürchtet, dass Michael Jacksons (†50) Geist immer noch in seinem Haus herumspukt.



2009 hatte er dort mit ihm einen Song aufgenommen. Wie der "Daily Star" berichtet, nutzt will.i.am seitdem sein hauseigenes Hightech-Plattenstudio nicht mehr, sondern arbeitet nur noch mit seinem Laptop, um Musik zu machen.

"Ich kann es überallhin mitnehmen", zitiert die Zeitung den Musikers. Offenbar ist ihm der plötzliche Tod Michael Jacksons nach der gemeinsamen Session nicht ganz geheuer. Damals hatte das "Black Eyed Peas"-Mitglied mit dem King of Pop an dessen Comeback-Album gearbeitet, bevor dieser kurz danach an einer Propofol-Vergiftung starb.

Eine gute Nachricht für will.i.am dürfte allerdings sein, dass nun Michael Jacksons Brüder möglicherweise mit ihm arbeiten wollen. Medienberichten zufolge planen die ebenfalls ein Comeback und sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem geeigneten Produzenten.

"Da passiert gerade eine Menge, auch im Bereich Zusammenarbeit. Ich kann jetzt noch nichts genaues sagen. Wir sprechen mit einer Menge Leute und wir lieben Überraschungen, mehr kann ich nicht sagen", sagte Jackie Jackson (61) nach Angaben von "femalefirst.co.uk" im Interview mit "Bang Showbiz" auf die Frage, ob sich die Jacksons mit will.i.am zusammentun wollen.

Musikalisch soll es wieder in Richtung gute alte "Jacksons Five"-Musik gehen: "Wir werden das machen, was die Leute hören wollen - "Jackson Five", aber wir werden auch neue zeitgenössische Elemente dieser Musik mit Herz und Seele hinzufügen."

keine Ahnung, wem nun was gehört ??? ... aber das, woran MJ beteiligt ist und was ihm vielleicht auch gehört, dafür dürfte jetzt ja der Estate zuständig sein ... aber ich denke auch Will.I.Am hat einen Anteil an der gemeinsamen Arbeit ... und wie die beiden die Arbeit vertraglich geregelt haben, dazu fehlt uns (leider) der Ein-/Überblick ... :D :D

ich denke, an erster Stelle stehen die Verkaufszahlen ... und mit den vielen Lügen, wird es für viele erst richtig interessant ... könnten evtl. Taaj Malik und Randy Jackson zu den angeblichen Informanten
zählen ???? vorstellen könnte ich mir das ... :)

Two of my most valuable sources insisted upon absolute confidentiality.

They would not allow me even to quote them anonymously or to identify them as sources in any way. One of them, a person I’m going to refer to as Anonymous Source 1 (AS1 hereafter), was absolutely essential to me in tracking the movements and activities of Michael Jackson (MJ hereafter) during a period of time that stretched from his acquittal at his criminal trial in Santa Barbara during June 2005 to his long stay at the Cascio family home in the late summer and early autumn of 2007. This individual also told me a great deal about MJ’s relationships with family members and other personal details. The second person, Anonymous Source 2 (AS2 hereafter) was key to understanding MJ’s legal, financial, and business affairs. I dealt with the insistence of these two sources on total anonymity by making a decision that I would not use anything significant or potentially controversial that they told me unless I could find at least one other independent source that substantially verified what they were saying. Both of these individuals (but AS2 especially) were quite good about directing me to where I could obtain such verification, which was often in the public record. I also used them to confirm or deny things I’d heard from other sources. The only instances in which I relied solely upon these two particular anonymous sources had to do with context and atmosphere—where and when something took place. I did of course pay close attention to what the two of them—AS1 in particular—told me about MJ’s emotional condition and state of mind.

Here is Mesereau's most recent email to a fan, that was reprinted with permission on the Reflections on the Dance FB page, and he asked that it be spread throughout the fan community.

While I agree with his overall message of confronting uncomfortable topics about MJ's personal life in order to convince non-fans that he wasn't a pedophile, I vehemently disagree with his assertion that Sullivan's book is the best way to achieve this goal. If Mesereau wants MJ to be "humanized" to non-fans, he should recommend that they read the books that were written by Jermaine & Latoya Jackson, Frank Cascio, Michael Bush, and the upcoming books by Raymone Bain and Arnold Klein.

And if non-fans want to investigate the allegations only, then of course they should read Mary Fischer, Geraldine Hughes, and Aphrodite Jones's respective books. (Fischer released her GQ article as a paperback book and eBook a few months ago.)

Another thing that bothers me is that Mesereau STILL has not addressed Sullivan's statements in recent interviews that MJ "may have" been guilty in 1993, or the fact that Sullivan didn't challenge the Chandler's version of events in his book.

The Los Angeles Times book review appeared in hardcopy on November 19, 2012. As I prepare this email, I have it in my hand.

This book review was prominently featured on the front page of the Los Angeles Times “Calendar” section. This section is widely read by people in the entertainment industry.

Following the publication of this review, I received a number of phone calls from people who I do not consider to be part of the Michael Jackson fan community. They were affected by the reviewer’s comments in the first two paragraphs. As you know, he immediately states that Mr. Sullivan believes that Michael Jackson “could not possibly have been a child molester.” In the second paragraph, Mr. Lee comments on Mr. Sullivan’s believe that the Chandler case in 1993 was an “extortion case”. Mr. Sullivan also says that Mr. Jackson should not have paid money to settle this case.

What Michael Jackson fans apparently don’t realize is the need to confront certain aspects of Michael Jackson’s life and explain them. If you don’t explain these realities and utilize them to humanize Michael Jackson, you will never persuade others that he was not a pedophile.

My perception of the Michael Jackson fan community is that, for the most part, supporters of Michael Jackson want to avoid addressing issues like his sexuality, interaction with children, plastic surgery, vitiligo, etc. I understand this. However, in my opinion, you will never persuade others about Michael Jackson’s humanity and decency without confronting them.

What do I mean? Consider one of my strategies in Michael Jackson’s criminal trial of 2005.

I began the defense case by calling three witnesses whom the prosecution claimed had been molested. They were Macaulay Culkin, Brett Barnes and Wade Robson. The prosecution had presented witnesses and evidence in their attempt to prove that these young men were sexually assaulted by Michael Jackson.

All three denied that Michael had ever touched them improperly. They were indignant that anyone would suggest that they were molested. However, all testified that they had slept many times in Michael Jackson’s bed. They all claimed that they were friends and that nothing illegal ever happened.

I decided that evidence that these young men had slept in Michael’s bed needed to be explained. I also decided that allowing in such evidence was a price worth paying in order to illicit their strong denials that any molestation ever happened.

Roger Friedman and others criticized my decision to let in evidence that these young men slept in Michael’s bed. I also called female witnesses who had slept in Michael’s bed. I wanted to explain the innocence of this behavior.

Following the trial, I spoke to the jury foreperson. He said that Michael Jackson might not have been acquitted of all counts if I had not called these witnesses and explained Michael’s behavior.

I have always believed that top criminal defense lawyers do not run from evidence that appears troubling. They directly and courageously confront and explain this evidence. This must be done in a way that protects and humanizes their client. Mediocre lawyers, on the other hand, either run from such evidence or present slick, sleazy explanations.

In the trial, I was not addressing a jury of Michael Jackson fans. I assumed that these twelve jurors were pro-prosecution and prepared to convict. Fortunately, they were persuaded otherwise.

Again, you will never convince numerous segments of the general public that Michael Jackson was not a pedophile unless you confront, explain and humanize certain aspects of Michael’s life that these people find troubling or unusual. In my opinion, Randall Sullivan’s book does this very effectively.

Randall Sullivan’s book is already changing people’s perspective on Michael Jackson. Mr. Sullivan portrays Michael in a very sympathetic light. He shows how he was continually exploited and misused. He humanizes him by addressing issues that must be explained. In the process, he explains Michael very effectively. He is changing people’s perspective on Michael Jackson in a positive way because he doesn’t appear biased towards Michael.

I repeat, the Dimonds, Orths, Chandlers and Sneddons are ecstatic that Michael Jackson fans are trying to bury this book. To me, these fans are doing a great disservice to the legacy of Michael Jackson. Michael was no pedophile or criminal. He was one of the kindest, nicest people I ever encountered. He was also the greatest, artistic genius of my time.

Die, auf die ich zuerst gekommen wäre, wäre Latunta, aber die war zu dieser Zeit nicht mit Michael in Verbindung, obwohl das zählt ja bei der auch nicht, sie macht ja immer Märchenstunde und noch dazu, wenn dafür paar Dollars winken, werden die Märchen immer geheimnisvoller.
Oder es war der Mesereau, weil der sich so für das Buch von dem Sullivan einsetzt.
Ich denke, dieser Tabloid-Schriftsteller hat mit niemanden gesprochen, er ist einfach durch die Medien und Foren gegangen und hat sich da was zusammengereimt. Er hat ja im Quellenverzeichnis etliche Foren aufgeführt. Sehr schlau, dadurch sehen sich viele angeführte Quellen genötigt, das Buch zu kaufen. Sehr seriös.

Man kann es einfach kaum glauben, aber es scheint wirklich wahr zu sein. Michael Jacksons persönliche Schulden sind seit diesem Monat vollständig beglichen worden. Die Schulden sollen aus einem Darlehen für den Mijac Musikkatalog (Michaels Musikarchiv mit u.a. seinen Hits) stammen. Die Gesamtschuld seit seinem Tod im Jahr 2009 beliefen sich auf über eine halbe Milliarde US-Dollar.

Die Nachlassverwaltung von Michael jackson gab in den US-medien bekannt, dass durch die enorme Beliebtheit des King of Pop und die vorangetriebenen Projekte der letzten Jahre haben ein Ergebnis von 145 Millionen US-Dollar vorangetrieben. darunter fallen auch eine Vorauszahlung von 60 Millionen US- Dollar, sowie der teuerste Plattenvertrag aller Zeiten mit 250 Millionen US-Dollar. Alleine "The Immortal World Tour" hat während der ersten Etappe in den USA über 160 Millionen US-Dollar eingenommen. Derzeit ist die Tour in Europa unterwegs.

Allerdings soll es noch weitere Schulden wegen einen Deal mit Sony / ATV Publishing geben. Das Darlehen wurde mit einem Zinssatz von 2,9% auf 5,8% kurz nach Michaels Tod verhandelt, es scheint harmlos und vielleicht notwendig für die weitere Expansion des Unternehmens zu sein, da die Hälfte im Besitz der Nachlassverwaltung ist.

Anmerkung von MJFC JAM: Auch wenn Michael Jackson nun schuldenfrei sein soll, so hat man ihn diese Schulden durch Mißmanagement und Geldgier der Berater der letzten 20 Jahre zu verdanken. Michael Jackson hat sich zu seinen Lebzeiten zu sehr auf seine Finanzberater verlassen, die ihn diese Schulden hinterlassen haben.

doch, es sollen Original Dokumente sein, einschl. der Polaroidbilder ... keine Kopien ...
von wem diese Unterlagen eingeliefert worden sind, ist bisher noch nicht bekannt ...
