I have moved my Becken in circles and infinite circles (the horizontal and vertical directions and forward/backwards in standing Position. Lying on my mat I have made the Beckenbridge. Alltogether in 5 minutes. Now my Rücken is happy. I can start the day with Tatendrang.🙂

Ah, I‘ve forgotten to mention the infinite circles with the Becken (8 = the mathematisch Zeichen for Unendlichkeit).

When I must stand a long time, I always stand with Becken forward and the circles with Becken forward are so small and longsam that noone can see the shift of that 1 or 2 Millimeter.
