Dr. Thao Nguyen -- the cardiologist who was called into MJ's trauma room -- said Dr. Murray was fuzzy on the crucial moments leading up to MJ's death, saying, Murray "did not have any concept of time."

She said Murray couldn't remember when he administered Lorazepam, or when MJ stopped breathing ... because, as he told her, he didn't have a watch.

Dr. Nguyen also said Murray looked "devastated" and "desperate" when he begged doctors to "not give up easily" on MJ.

Michael Jackson's Fingerprints Not On Any Propofol Bottles



As Dr. Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial enters its second week, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Michael Jackson's fingerprints were not found on any of the Propofol bottles.

Dr. Murray's lawyers contend that when the Houston-based cardiologist left the King of Pop briefly on the morning of June 25, 2009, he grabbed a bottle of the drug, ingested it, and then subsequently died.

Dr. Murray's attorney Ed Chernoff told the jury during opening statements that Jackson self-administered an extra dose of Propofol and Lorazepam creating "a perfect storm in his body, that killed him instantly...there was no CPR, nor doctor, no paramedic, no machine that was going to revive Michael Jackson. He died so rapidly, so instantly, he didn’t even have time to close his eyes."

The defense might have a hard time convincing the jury of this, since there were no fingerprints of Jackson's found on any of the Propofol bottles. "Plain and simply, the Los Angeles Police Department didn't find any fingerprints of Michael Jackson's on ANY Propofol bottles or the Lorazepam bottles. There were no partial fingerprints of Michael's or any unknown prints on the medication bottles," a source close to the situation tells us.

It was a blistering week for Dr. Murray's defense team, as two paramedics, and the attending emergency room doctor all testified that at no point did Dr. Murray ever reveal that he had given Jackson Propofol. The first paramedic on the scene, Richard Senneff said that after Jackson was loaded into the ambulance, he went back up to the bedroom to quickly retrieve some medical equipment. The medic told the jury he saw Murray putting lidocaine vials into a bag.

AT&T rep Edward Dixon took the stand this morning -- testifying about Dr. Conrad Murray's cell phone records the day MJ died.

Nothing too interesting -- Dixon testified that the phone Murray called from also belonged to him.

Ja ja, MJ hat ziemlich viel getan, in den 2 Minuten als Murray auf' Klo war.....so ein Schlingel aber auch...nutzt jede Sekunde um Dummheiten zu machen. :D :D

She has been a fixture at Conrad Murray's trial, but Michael Jackson's mother Katherine skipped today's session so she could support her grandchildren at an event in Montreal, Canada.

The 81-year-old matriarch was among a host of family members to rally around the late singer's children Prince, 14, Paris, 13, and Blanket, 9, at Cirque du Soleil's new Michael Jackson tribute show, The Immortal World Tour.

Their uncles Tito, Jackie and Marlon Jackson attended last night's event, along with young cousins Jaffar Jackson and Jermajesty.

The show opened to screams, cries and a standing ovation on ahead of a 10-month North American tour.

Set to the central image of a 'Giving Tree,' - a 300-year-old oak tree at Jackson's former Neverland Ranch home where he used to find peace and inspiration - dancers bring the Thriller singer's signature moves and outfits to life.

Sparkling aerialists fly through images of galaxies in the universe to the pulsing sounds of some 70 hits, rewinding back to the King of Pop's days as a child star with the Jackson Five.

The $60 million production is one of the biggest projects authorized by the executors of the singer's estate.

'I think it was important not only for the Cirque but our fans to see that we support this as well and that we want to make sure that they capture what our brother was about, and they did that,' Marlon Jackson told reporters.

'I think the reason the legacy is so strong is because we started so young,' he added. 'Michael went out and did his own thing and even grew it bigger.'

Jackson, 50, who died in Los Angeles in June 2009, was a fan of Cirque du Soleil and went to the Canadian entertainment group's first U.S. tent show in 1987, said John Branca, one of the executors of his estate.

'Michael was very excited to meet the performers and they were very excited to meet him, ' Branca said. 'There's a lot of love and passion for Michael in this show'.

Murray's manslaughter trial resumed in Katherine's absence with more questioning of the medic who gave permission for him to be pronounced dead at home.

Richelle Cooper, an emergency room doctor, told paramedics they could pronounce the pop superstar dead in his bedroom.

Dr Conrad Murray is accused of giving Jackson a lethal dose of the anaesthetic propofol and other sedatives at the singer's California home in 2009.

Murray's lawyers are presenting jurors with an alternate theory - that Jackson gave himself the lethal dose when Murray left the room.

The cardiologist has pleaded not guilty. Murray faces four years behind bars and the loss of his medical licence if convicted.
