Im April 2012 hat AEG einen Antrag auf Erzwingung eingereicht. Daraufhin erhielten sie 140 Seiten von Kathrine. AEG erfragte die restlichen Dokumente, die letzten Eingaben waren Februar bis März 2013 möglich. AEG sagt, am 1. April 1 Monat nach Ermittlungsschluss und 1 Tag vor Prozessbeginn hat ihne Kathrine weitere Dokumente gegeben und gesagt sie könnten weiteres später geben. AEG erfragt dieses Material auszuschließen, das ihnen im späten April gegeben wurde. Hier zählen 5 Seiten von Notizen von MJs Kindern, 68 Seiten Notizen und Ideen von MJ und handschriftliche Noitzen, 30 Seiten Geschäftspapiere,
Familienfoto vom Mai 2009, Babyfotos, Schulfotografien von MJ, ein Homevideo das zeigt wie MJ seinen Kindern zu Weihnachten einen Welpen schenkt.

Zu spät ausgewiesene Zeugen:
AEG sagt am 14. März war die Deadline zur Auflistung von Zeugen. Seitdem hat Kathrine am 21. März T. Meserau, am 3. April Sharon Osborne und bis zum 15. April, 1 Monat nach Verstreichung der Frist weitere Zeugen benannt (siehe grün aufgelistet in der Zeugenliste). AEG sagt zudem Kathrine habe nur eine Begründung gegeben warum sie T. Meserau auflistet, zu keinem der anderen Zeugen gibt es eine Begründung und warum sie diese nicht zeitgerecht als Zeuge beantragt habe. AEG sagt Meseraus Aussage sei nicht notwendig, AEG wird stipulieren das MJ im 2005er Prozess frei gesprochen wurde.

Zudem hatte Kathrine 84 Experten-Zeugen aufgelistet. Kathrine wurde vom Gericht aufgefordert diese Liste zu reduzieren. Seitdem wurden einige gestrichen, andere hinzugefügt. 1 Monat nach der Deadline beinhaltet die Liste das gesamte Police-Departement, Feuerwehr und Gerichtsmedizin ohne diese namentlich zu bennen. AEG möchte, dass die Parteien wie "das gesamte Policedepartment" entfernt werden, wenn keine Personen direkt benannt sind.

Im Janaur 2013 erfragte Kathrine Dokumente vom MJ-Estate zur Lloyds und Allgood-Klage. Estate erhob Einwand, alle Dokumente seinen geschützt durch Schutzanweisung des Gericht. Kathrines Anwälte haben danach keinen Einwand und keinen Antrag an das Gericht gestellt den Estate anzuweisen, dass ihnen die Dokumente zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Nun am 12. April, 3 Monate nach der Ablehnung vom Estate und 2 Wochen nach Verstreichung der Widerspruchsfrist fragt Kathrine erneut nach den Dokumenten. AEG erbietet solch späte Eingaben zu unterbinden.

Michael Jackson-AEG wrongful death trial opens Monday

What’s likely to be a dramatic tour through Michael Jackson’s final days begins Monday when attorneys make opening statements in a wrongful death trial that could last deep into the summer.

Six alternates were selected Tuesday, joining a dozen jurors who were seated the previous day. The alternates would replace any juror who can’t continue or is removed from the panel.

Jackson’s mother and children are suing Los Angeles entertainment giant AEG, alleging it is liable for Jackson’s death because it hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray, who used a powerful surgical anesthetic in an effort to help the singer cope with insomnia. Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2011.

The case is likely to veer into the sensational, pitting Jackson’s towering legacy against a business enterprise that has had a profound influence on the entertainment scene, particularly in Los Angeles.

Though the trial will zero in on whether the singer or AEG is responsible for hiring Murray, testimony will likely touch on the singer’s death, his feeble physical state as his much-anticipated comeback concert series approached and his eccentricities.

In court papers, Jackson’s family has described AEG as a heartless, money-driven machine that pushed Jackson to prepare for a tour that he was not physically capable of pulling off.

AEG says it in no way controlled the singer and that bringing Murray aboard as Jackson’s personal physician was Jackson’s choice. The company, in court papers, said it recommended hiring a British doctor.

Jackson’s “This Is It” comeback concerts were to have debuted in London in 2009.

The singer died two weeks before the tour was to launch. AEG was the promoter of 50 concerts Jackson was scheduled to give in London.

On Tuesday, after both sides agreed to the alternates, the remaining members of the jury pool let out a cheer, knowing they would not spend the next four months in a courtroom.

"You can get go on with your lives," Superior Court Judge Yvette M. Palazuelos said.

Perhaps the oddest moment of the jury picking occurred Tuesday when AEG attorney Marvin Putnam said he would not stipulate that Michael Jackson was dead.

Michael Jackson is rolling in his grave -- because brother Jermaine Jackson is now encouraging MJ's daughter to spend time with her birth mom.

MJ famously never wanted his kids Prince and Paris to have a relationship with their biological mother Debbie Rowe -- cutting off all contact between Debbie and the children after their divorce in 1999. Debbie gave away all custody rights in 2001.

But Jermaine has reversed Michael's policy -- telling TMZ, it's great that Paris is getting to know her mom.

Wer jetzt einen Konflikt zwischen Prince und Rowe vermutet, liegt offenbar falsch, denn der Teenager soll schlichtweg kein Interesse an einer Beziehung haben. Rowe ihrerseits akzeptiert diese Haltung laut dem Portal, auch wenn sie sich mehr wünschen würde. Ihre Hoffnung ist es demnach, dass sich die Beziehung doch noch irgendwann entwickle.

Debbie Rowe und der damals 38-jährige Michael Jackson hatten 1996, kurz vor Prince Michaels Geburt 1997, geheiratet. 1999, als die gemeinsame Tochter Paris Michael Katherine Jackson ein Jahr alt war, ließen sich die beiden wieder scheiden. Für eine Millionensumme erklärte sich Rowe damals dazu bereit, dem Sänger das alleinige Sorgerecht zu überlassen. Nach Jacksons Tod bestand sie auf einem Besuchsrecht. Das Sorgerecht für Prince Michael, Paris und den jüngsten Bruder Prince Michael Joseph Jackson II (11), genannt Blanket, der 2002 geboren wurde und dessen Mutter ist bis heute unbekannt ist, hat Großmutter Katherine Jackson (82).

(CNN) -- Opening statements in the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial will be heard Monday, April 29, with the first testimony soon to follow, the judge announced Tuesday.

Michael Jackson's mother and three children are suing AEG Live, claiming the concert promoter was liable in the pop star's June 25, 2009, death.

Jury selection concluded Tuesday afternoon with selection of six alternates to back up the 12 jurors chosen Monday.

Jackson Lawyer Brian Panish called it a "good, diverse" jury after the 12 main jurors were seated Monday.

The main jury panel includes six men and six women, and there are four male and two females alternates.

The trial, which could last three or four months, is expected to include testimony from Prince and Paris Jackson, the singer's two oldest children, and a list of celebrity witnesses.

Jackson died two weeks before his "This Is It" comeback concerts, organized by AEG Live, were to have debuted in London in summer 2009.

Lawyers for Jackson's mother, Katherine; and children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, argue that AEG Live is liable because the company hired and supervised Dr. Conrad Murray, who used a surgical anesthetic in a fatal effort to treat the singer's insomnia as he prepared for the comeback concerts. Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and is serving a prison sentence.

AEG Live's lawyers argue that Jackson chose and controlled Murray.

The lawsuit seeks a judgment against AEG Live equal to the money Jackson would have earned over the course of his remaining lifetime if he had not died in 2009. If AEG Live is found liable, it could cost the company several billion dollars, according to estimates of Jackson's income potential.

AEG Live is a subsidiary of AEG, a global entertainment company that was up for sale recently with an $8 billion asking price.

A MICHAEL Jackson lookalike pretended to be the King of Pop to plug the star’s last tour, his family claim.

The double was allegedly used at London’s O2 Arena alongside TV host Dermot O’Leary, 39, to announce gig dates back in 2009.

The family also reckon clips showing the Thriller star rehearsing – later used in a movie – featured a double.

The allegations are in a £26bn claim against the singer’s concert promoters.

Jacko’s children Paris and Prince, both 16, and their gran Katherine, 82, say tour bosses hired the lookalike as Michael was not fit enough.

The family say promoters AEG “mishandled” the star who died aged 50 three weeks before the tour.

They also say the firm was negligent in hiring disgraced doctor Conrad Murray, 60, who gave the star a fatal dose of anaesthetic.

Body language expert Bianca Cobb said: “In my opinion, the man in the clips isn’t Michael Jackson.

“The walk is cockier and had more bounce than MJ’s typical stride. He tended to walk with his head down.”

The Jacksons are appealing for the double to come forward and give evidence at the Los Angeles court.

A family source said: “Paris and Prince and their gran believe a fake Michael was involved. They have hired detectives to track him down.”

AEG deny the claim.

Wurde der King of Pop etwa in seinem Film "This is it" gedoubelt?

Der Streit zwischen Michael Jacksons Familie und der AEG Live geht in die nächste Runde. Michaels Verwandte werfen dem Konzern vor, ein Double für die Promotion seiner Abschiedstour angeheuert zu haben.

Der "King of Pop" starb im Juni 2009 an einer Propophol-Überdosis, die ihm der von AEG Live beauftragte Arzt Conrad Murray verabreichte. Michaels Familie befindet sich seitdem im Rechtsstreit mit dem Konzertveranstalter und verklagt ihn auf 40 Millionen Dollar.

Seine Kinder Paris (15) und Prince Michael (16) sowie seine Mutter Katherine behaupten nun zusätzlich, die Firma hätte bei der Ankündigung seiner "This is it"-Shows in der O2-Arena London sowie für Szenen des gleichnamigen Films ein Lookalike eingestellt, da er in seinem damaligen Zustand nicht fit genug für die Tanzmoves gewesen sei.

"Paris, Prince und ihre Großmutter glauben es war ein unechter Michael im Spiel", berichtet ein Nahestehender gegenüber der Zeitung "The Daily Star". "Sie haben Detektive eingestellt, um ihn aufzuspüren."

Während der Herausgeber des Films, der Michael bei den Proben zu seiner Abschiedstour zeigen soll, Sony, darauf besteht "Jedes Bild zeigt eindeutig Michael", ist Körpersprach-Expertin Bianca Cobb anderer Meinung. Ich kann nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, ob dies AEG's / Putnam's Argumentation ist, sich nicht festzulegen, aber diese mögliche Erklärung macht Sinn für mich.

Stipulation means a fact that both parties & and therefore not argued in court. AEG is planning to argue how MJ died hence no stipulation
vertragliche Vereinbarung bedeutet, eine Tatsache jener beiden Parteien & und demzufolge nicht vor Gericht erstritten. AEG plant, zu argumentieren, wie MJ starb, deshalb keine vertragliche Vereinbarung

Latoya Jackson is convinced her late brother Michael is haunting the family compound in Encino, California after a spooky chat with one of her mother's bodyguards.



The singer-turned-reality Tv regular has learned of a series of strange events at the home and she's now certain that the King of Pop is still making regular visits.

And it's all thanks to a curious minder, who can't explain the weird things that he sees and hears.

Jackson explains, "He says it happens so much. Every single night the dog barks and he looks up at this certain window... I said, 'That's where Michael's bedroom was, that's where he stayed.'

"He barks at a certain time every night and he just keeps barking and looking at it... and then over in the other section of the house, he (minder) says that he hears someone tap dancing.

"Michael did that every Sunday for two hours straight; he would do that to keep his adrenaline going."

Jackson admits she was so intrigued by the family bodyguard's tales, she called on a top psychic to try and reach her brother, who died in 2009.

She adds, "I was like, 'If Michael wants to talk, if he wants to tell me something, I want to know.'

"He (psychic) didn't know that I was coming, he didn't know it was me... I wrapped myself up and had on glasses, so he wouldn't know it was me, and he started telling me things and he knew right away... When they tell you something personal that you and your brother only know... then you've gotta say, 'Ok, this is really good!'"

And Latoya admits her chats with the psychic, she calls A.J., have helped her find peace after previously insisting her brother's death was no medical accident.

She explains, "He (psychic) knew about me wanting to really know what happened, and he said, 'Michael wants you to just rest and move on with your life...'"

Michael Jackson's doctor, Arnie Klein, is being hunted down by the U.S. Marshals ... and when he's found, he'll be arrested and dragged into court.

According to new documents ... obtained by TMZ ... Klein apparently failed to show up in court for his bankruptcy case, so the trustee could grill him about his assets that might be subject to seizure to satisfy his debts.

So today the bankruptcy judge directed the Marshals to arrest Arnie and haul his butt into court.

It's not the first time the judge issued a warrant. Back in February, after Klein refused to turn over his Ferrari and more than 100 pieces of wildly expensive pieces of art, the judge ordered the Marshals to arrest the doc and hold him until he turned over the goods. In that case Arnie folded like a cheap suit and told authorities where to find the cache.

Klein famously shot MJ up with Demorol scores of times in the months leading up to his death.
