Das heißt soviel, wie dass bei dem Versuch, Schlamm durch das Rohr zu pressen, der Schlamm sich seitlich aus dem Rohr in den Meeresgrund gepresst hat, so wie das Öl eben auch.
Wäre auch logisch, dass das Rohr durch die Explosion der Bohrinsel schon geborsten ist. Da nützt es nichts, das Bohrloch oben zu verschliessen, da sich das austretende Öl dann unkontrolliert seinen Weg durch den Meeresboden nach oben sucht.
