South African law states that, while the accused does not have to testify, if he is to do so he must appear first – before the defence calls any witnesses.
Does he scream like a woman?
How could he not have heard Reeva screaming?
What damaged the bedroom door?
Why was there blood in the bedroom?
The late night meal?
How could he have been wearing his prosthetic legs?
What about his mobile phone?
Everything's fine?

das passt natürlich perfekt auf die scheinbar eindeutige beschuldigung, o.p. hätte seine freundin absichtlich getötet.
What makes Oscar Pistorius's loyal 'Pistorians' so devoted?...last but not least noch speziell zu den Frauen:
The athlete's most loyal fans are still pledging support for their idol – despite the fact that he is on a murder charge. What is it about the South African athlete that inspires such unflinching attachment?
"Probably too much time on their hands," says Michael Berry, a clinical forensic psychologist at the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. But Steenveld, 34, has a job, a partner and a four-year-old son, while Mira Teuber, 39, has a day job as a business administration clerk. Another supporter, Sharon Horswill, from Birmingham, can't talk because she's "tied up in meetings (deliberately arranged so I wouldn't be following every moment of the trial)".
There must be better explanations. "The whole process can be quite exciting," says Berry. "Organising what you're doing, where you're going. Fans meet each other, get to know each other." Building a network on social media creates an infrastructure that encourages support. And the story of someone overcoming physical and emotional hardship in order to win on a global stage is a compelling one. "People have invested a lot in Pistorius. He was the star of South Africa. He is good looking, a multimillionaire who did charity work. His is the kind of image that parents would want their kids to grow up with. People have to protect that because if they don't the whole image starts to disintegrate."

Oscar Pistorius’s Fucked-up Female Fans
Pistorians don’t seem that screwy, though, despite the pride in their man’s willingness to resort to violence. These ladies are something a little bit sadder: devoted fans who just can’t bring themselves to see the object of their affection’s problems.

"The legal question is: Can you shoot four shots in those circumstances? Even if you think there is an intruder in your house ... where there is no imminent danger, you can't," Booth said.
"Oscar admits to shooting four shots through a closed door that led into a very small area, the toilet," Booth told The News.
"Four shots into the toilet, you have to be sure you're going to hit someone. You must know you're going to kill that person, if not by a direct hit then by a ricochet."
The evidence thus far is damning.
* Three neighbors said they heard a woman scream before and during the sound of gunshots.
* A police ballistics expert said the first shot hit Steenkamp in the hip and caused her to collapse but didn't immediately kill her. The second shot missed, meaning she likely had time to yell out.
* The pathologist who did the autopsy said it would have been "abnormal" for Steenkamp to not scream.
Pistorius is hoping that incompetent police work and testimony by his own forensic and ballistics experts will bolster his case.
But Booth said cop mistakes won't save the sprinter.
"If they didn't find Oscar on the scene and had to link him via fingerprints ... There would be more case for an acquittal."
But Pistorius has admitted that he fired the deadly shots.
"What more do you need if you're a prosecutor?" Booth said.

Police ballistics expert Captain Christian Mangena has insisted that the first bullet Pistorius fired struck Ms Steenkamp in the hip, causing her to fall. The shot that killed her was fired at a similar height – around three feet off the floor – and struck her in the head, and that there must have been a discernible time gap between these shots, during which if Pistorius is to be believed, she remained silent. The pathologist who performed Ms Steenkamp's post-mortem examination said it was "highly likely" that the first wound would have caused her to scream in pain, and yet Pistorius says he carried on shooting, still in the belief that she was an intruder.
