@dh_awake ich glaube ich lese Falsch.
CFR Part 108 ist am 14. Nov in Kraft getreten.
http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/granule/FR-2001-07-17/01-16995This rule is effective November 14, 2001. The incorporation by reference of certain publications in this rule is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of November 14, 2001.
Sie wurde wohl am 17.7 publiziert:
Publication Title Federal Register Volume 66, Issue 137 (July 17, 2001)
oder anders - ich lese:
On July 21, 2001, FAA limited the carriage of weapons on aircraft to certain
law enforcement officers.2
Fussnote 2:
This rule is effective November 14, 2001. The incorporation by reference of certain publications in this rule is approved by the Director of the Federal Register as of November 14, 2001.
CFR Part 108:
EFFECTIVE DATE:
This rule is effective
November 14, 2001. The incorporation
by reference of certain publications in
this rule is approved by the Director of
the Federal Register as of November 14, 2001
;)Seite 230:
Terrorism
The terrorist threat level in the United
States over the next decade will remain
at least as high as it is at present and,
indeed, will probably rise. This
judgement is based on consideration of
a number of factors..... geht noch weiter
sogar das WTC (93) wird erwähnt
