There is someone now going on tv shows all over the U.S., claiming to be our half sister. As much as I would have wanted a sister growing up, my brothers and I DO NOT have a half sister. Since she is clearly doing this to promote herself and her music career, I will not mention her name here because that is exactly what she wants out of all this… publicity. My brothers and I would normally not acknowledge things like this, but unfortunately some reputable U.S. media are giving her major airtime and falsely reporting her as family. She is not.

It has been said that MJ's siblings would not inherit anything IF MJ did not have a will and trust in place, but that is untrue. Michael's brothers and sisters would have received a percentage IF MJ did not have a will and trust in place.

Janet J said in her statement that there was no financial gain for the family. Randy stated when he spoke to Al Sharpton that it was "not about the money, but about his mother and her welfare". Jermaine stated that he "recinded his name from the letter", but everything he said in his retraction was in SUPPORT of the letter by saying that "So when it comes to the well-being of loved ones, and especially our mother, we are perhaps understandably and unapologetically over-protective." and "Whatever the tabloid and on-line misrepresentations have led people to believe, my primary concern has only ever been rooted in the welfare of our mother in the environment where she lives."

Think it is "not about the money"?? Think again. What Rebbie, Janet and Randy did was isolate their grandmother, under false pretenses, and cause her to potentially lose guardianship of PP&B and caused much grief to PP&B, as well as those who care about her. They have continued to question the validity of the will and question the actions of the estate executors, despite the fact that the executors have brought MJ's estate millions, put 30 mil into the trust set up for PP&B, and nearly wiped out his debt.

If a California resident dies without a will or trust, they die "intestate" and the laws of intestate succession are used to determine who will inherit the estate. Determining the heirs of the estate involves answering a series of questions about the person who died. A. If the decedent was not married, the estate is distributed as follows:

Generally, the oldest generation that has surviving issue will inherit, but if there are deceased issue in that generation, their issue will inherit their share.
6. If there are no cousins, Probate Code section 6402 provides that the estate will be distributed to "next of kin in equal degree," generally meaning more distant cousins.

B. If the decedent was married, the first question is whether the decedent owned community property, separate property, or a combination of the two. Community property is generally defined as the assets acquired during marriage from earnings or salary. Separate property is generally defined as assets brought into the marriage when the decedent got married, inheritances to the decedent, or gifts to the decedent. However, California case law provides many exceptions to these definitions, and assets can change from community to separate property, or from separate to community, by combining assets, by improving separate property with community property, or by written agreement of the spouses, for example.

1. The decedent's community property goes to the surviving spouse, who may have to file a spousal property petition to establish ownership.
2. The decedent's separate property is distributed as follows:
a. The surviving spouse receives all of the separate property if the decedent is not survived by issue, parents, brothers, sisters, or children of a deceased brother or sister.
b. The surviving spouse receives one-half of the separate property if the decedent had only one child, or issue of a deceased child.
c. The surviving spouse receives one-half of the separate property if the decedent left no issue, but left parent(s) or their issue.
d. The surviving spouse receives only one-third of the separate property if the decedent left more than one child.
e. The surviving spouse receives only one-third of the separate property if the decedent left one child and the issue of one or more deceased children.
f. The surviving spouse receives only one-third of the separate property if the decedent left the issue of two or more deceased children.

So for all of you who believe that "if MJ did not have a will and trust in place that it would have all gone to his children only": this is simply not true according to CA trust and will laws. IF MJ did not have a will or trust, his estate would have been divided up amongst his next of kin: his children, surviving parents, and siblings as well.

But you see, MJ had a trust in place for his children and KJ, plus a will to match it. BOTH MJ's wills from 1997 and 2002 are the same with the exception that MJ revised it to include Blanket and Paris, who were both not born at the time he made his 1997 will. Those who are saying the 2002 will is fake will rationalize that the 1997 one is too, and since they both match the trust MJ set up, then that would be fake too. If they can get any court to agree to it in effort to uproot the will in place, then MJ's estate would be then divided differently.

I'll say it one more time.

Simply put: it would mean that if he had no trust or will in place, and IF he died intestate, then his estate would have been divided as follows according to CA state laws regarding if a NO will or trust was in place:

First, Prince, Paris and Blanket would receive an equal share.

MJ was not married, so there was no spouse to consider.

Secondly, MJ's mother and father, KJ and Joseph, would also receive a share.

Thirdly, MJ's siblings: Randy, Latoya, Rebbie, Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon, Tito and Janet would all have a share too.

It would stop there because those are all of MJ's immediate and next of kin in line as his heirs (according to the Ca state provisions) and they are living. Had any of his siblings passed, that sibling's share would have gone to that siblings' children (who would be Michael's nieces and nephews of that sibling only).

This is a true example of what it means to pass without a will and trust in place. It means, all of your immediate family and their children receive a portion if they are the next immediate and surviving heirs.

There is no way in hell MJ would not have his estate protected the best way possible for what he wanted for his children. MJ had distanced himself from certain relatives for a reason and considering his known history with them, it is clear that MJ did not want to allow his estate to be squandered.

Anyone telling you that Branca and McClain are not out for the best interests of MJ's estate and MJ's beloved children is not telling you the truth.

Anyone telling you that "the will"and "money" is not the issue is not telling you the truth.

BAD25 Dokumentation feiert am 29. August Weltpremiere

Der mit Spannung erwartete Dokumentarfilm von Spike Lee mit dem Titel "Michael Jackson: Bad 25" wird am 29. August 2012 in Venedig bie den dortigen Filmfestspielen Weltpremiere feiern. Am 29. August würde MJ 54 Jahre alt werden.

In einer Presseerklärung meinte Lee, dass er ein grßer Mj Fan ist und alles dafür tun werde, dass das Vermächtnis des King of Pop nicht vergessen und weitergehen werde.

Lees Dokumentarfilm zeigt Ausschnitte der BAD-Zeit, die man noch nie zuvor gesehen habe.

Michael Jackson had an impossibly tiny 28in waist and worked so hard during his live shows that he lost nearly an inch from his torso.

According to the star's costume designer of 26 years the singer needed his outfits cut to accommodate his shrinking frame as he would lose up to 5lbs from his strenuous dance routines.

Michael Bush has revealed that he planned the order of Jackson's costumes with military precision, with each outfit a fraction smaller than the previous one.

'Michael was usually a 28-inch waist,' he writes in his new tell-all book The King of Style: Dressing Michael Jackson.

'But by the midpoint of the show, when he was ready to perform his magic act of choice, right before Beat It, he’d already lost five pounds of water and his waist dropped to 27 and a quarter.

'If we didn’t have clothes hanging on the rack in the right order that were getting progressively smaller, we’d risk him putting on a pair of pants that would fall to his ankles with each rhythmic move of his body - and there is no magic in that.'

The book features previously unpublished photos of Jackson and his iconic outfits, designed by Bush and his partner Dennis Tompkins.

Bush also shares his creations for Jackson, including the details of a patented shoe device that allowed the star to recreate his captivating anti-gravity 'lean' move live onstage,

During his years with the singer Bush kept copious illustrations and pictures, charting the evolution of the Thriller jacket.

He would hand-stitch Jackson's trademark rhinestone gloves, dress him while off the stage and create items for Neverland.

To coincide with the October publication of the coffee table book, Bush and Tompkins are also auctioning off their huge collection of Jackson's clothes, costumes and ephemera.

Highlights include a signed prototype helmet which was wired to illuminate a row of battery powered lights below the visor. and Jackson’s Scream video costume which includes a pair of black spandex pants with matching long sleeve shirt and mesh tuck strap.

The auction, by Julien's Auctions of Beverly Hills, is planned for December with a portion of the proceeds going to charity.

In Zusammenarbeit mit Michael Jackson Estate haben Epic/ Legacy Recordings heute das mit Spannung erwartete Tracklisting der Michael Jackson BAD25 bekannt gegeben.

Die Deluxe Edition, die ab 14. September im Handel sein wird, feiert sowohl das legendäre Album als auch die beeindruckenden Rekorde der BAD-Tournee. Das Deluxe-Paket bietet drei CDs, zwei Sammler-Booklets und die erste jemals autorisierte DVD-Veröffentlichung eines Konzertes der bahnbrechenden BAD-Welttournee: Die Show am 16. Juli 1988 im ausverkauften Londoner Wembley-Stadion.



Die CDs und die DVD sind randvoll mit neu gemasterten Versionen der Hitklassiker sowie mit bisher unveröffentlichten Aufnahmen des King of Pop. Im Detail bietet die „BAD25 Anniversary Deluxe Edition“ folgendes:

CD 1 beinhaltet neu gemasterte Fassungen von Michaels größten Hits des original BAD-Albums wie „Smooth Criminal“, „Man In The Mirror“, „Bad“, „Another Part of Me“, „The Way You Make Me Feel“ und „Dirty Diana“ – arrangiert in derselben Abfolge, in der sie auf dem ursprünglichen Album von vor 25 Jahren sind. Nach seiner Veröffentlichung wurde später auch „Leave Me Alone“ dem Album hinzugefügt und ist entsprechend ebenfalls auf dieser CD.

CD 2 offeriert den Fans ein seltenes Hörerlebnis von zusätzlichen dreizehn Tracks, von denen sechs bis dato unveröffentlichte Demo-Aufnahmen sind, die in Michael Jacksons eigenem Studio in seinem damaligen Zuhause in der Hayvenhurst Avenue in Encino, Kalifornien entstanden. Außerdem befinden sich darauf alle drei Bonustracks der im Jahr 2001 erweiterten Edition von BAD: die unveröffentlichte Version des Klassikers „I Just Can’t Stop Loving You“, auf der Michael auf Französisch singt; eine energiegeladene Fassung von „Speed Demon“, geremixed von Nero, und der brandneue „Bad“-Remix – eine geradezu elektrisierende Kollaboration zwischen Pitbull und dem niederländischen DJ Afrojack.

Die Aufnahmen, die in diesem Paket zusammengefasst werden, spiegeln sowohl die Songs, als auch die Seele von Michael Jacksons Schaffen während der Aufnahmesessions zu BAD wider, und wurden ausgewählt, um die unterschiedlichen Phasen zu zeigen, in denen Michaels Songwriting- und Aufnahmekünste Gestalt annahmen. Einige der Songs sind so vollendet, dass jeder andere Künstler außer Michael Jackson – der stets unermüdlich arbeitete, um dafür zu sorgen, dass seine Musik auch seine Vision wiedergab – sie vermutlich als fertige Tracks betrachten würde. Andere sind weniger komplett, verschaffen aber einen tiefen Einblick in Michaels kreative Prozesse in den unterschiedlichen Stadien. Das Stück wurde später als „Abortion Papers“ bekannt. Ein Song, in den Michael, seinen eigenen Aufzeichnungen zufolge, viel Zeit investiert hat, um auszuloten, wie ein so persönliches und sensibles Thema auf taktvolle Weise angegangen werden kann.

Wahre Highlights des Pakets sind CD 3 und die DVD: Das nie vorher gesehene Livekonzert auf der DVD und die dazugehörige Musik-CD von Michaels legendärem Konzert im Wembley-Stadion am 16. Juli 1988. Das Konzert ist keineswegs eine bloße Aneinanderreihung von einzelnen Performances, sondern tatsächlich eine vollständige Show – genau so wie Michael sie für Prinz Charles, Prinzessin Diana und die 72.000 anwesenden Fans im Publikum der ausverkauften Show an diesem Abend gespielt hat. Die Show war eine von sieben Rekordnächten, die in der Arena stattfanden, und die von insgesamt mehr als einer halben Million Menschen besucht wurden – und sogar dreimal so viele Menschen hatten versucht, Tickets zu bekommen.

Die DVD stammt von einer von Michael Jacksons persönlichen VHS-Kopien des Auftritts, so wie er auf den Großbild-Leinwänden während des Konzerts gezeigt wurde. Das Material wurde erst kürzlich entdeckt und ist nach aktuellen Kenntnissen der einzige existierende Mitschnitt der Show. Die Bilder wurden wiederhergestellt und die Audioqualität verbessert, sodass Fans die Begeisterung dieser unvergesslichen Nacht im 5.1-Surroundsound erleben können, entnommen von den originalen Multitrack-Aufnahmen, die in jener Nacht aufgezeichnet wurden.

Zusätzlich zur vollständigen Wembley-Show enthält die DVD außerdem „The Way You Make Me Feel“ aus Michaels Auftritt im Wembley-Stadion am 15. Juli. Dies ist der einzige Song, der am 16. Juli aufgrund des späteren Beginns der Show nicht gespielt wurde. Darüber hinaus findet man die aufregenden frühen Performances von „I Just Can’t Stop Loving You“ und „Bad“ aus der Show im Yokohama-Stadion während des ersten Abschnitts der BAD-Welttournee im September 1987.

Auch Pepsi würdigt das 25. Jubiläum des Erfolgsalbums BAD mit der limitierten Pepsi Bad25 Dose. Die weltweit auf eine Milliarde Stück limitierte Edition trägt die Skizze einer typischen Tanzbewegung des „King of Pop“ und wird ab Mitte August solange der Vorrat reicht auf der 0,33L Dose im deutschen Einzelhandel verfügbar sein.

Paris Jackson Dedicates Photo Wall to Dad Michael—Is a Tattoo Next?

Paris Jackson wants to make sure her father's face is the first and last thing she sees each day.

The 14-year-old—who, with her two brothers, was recently caught in the middle of a custody battle between grandmother Katherine Jackson and cousin T.J. Jackson—tweeted a photo yesterday of her bedroom wall, which she has covered with shots of the late Michael Jackson as a tribute.

"my new wall **took me 3 effing hours**," she wrote. "a whole wall of his pics is the LEAST i could do #dedication."

However, the collage of Jackson photos may not be the only thing Paris has in mind to remember her father.

"i kinda want to get August XXIX tatted on my back," she tweeted today and added some clarification for people who were opposed to the idea, "lol y'all are trippin trying to tell me not to get the tat , when u guys don't even know what it means .. it's my dads bday get over it lmao."

In a more age-appropriate endeavor, Paris—along with a few bodyguards—joined her brothers and some friends for a trip to Magic Mountain over the weekend.

Though there's no telling what Michael would think of the tattoo, something makes us think he'd be pleased to know that his children still find time to actually act like kids once in a while.

Validity of Michael Jackson’s will may be aired in court

The validity of Michael Jackson’s will could get a court airing next month if a business associate of the pop star’s mother gets his way.

Lawyers for a Canadian businessman who works with Katherine Jackson wrote in a filing Monday that he was “in possession of evidence that casts substantial doubt on the validity of the will” and wants to present it at federal trial set for September.

The business partner, Howard Mann, is locked in a copyright battle with the executors of the singer’s estate largely over a tribute book that he produced with Jackson’s mother.

In a filing in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, Mann’s lawyers wrote he wanted to present an attack on the will’s authenticity as part of a defense to copyright infringement claims brought by executors John Branca and John McClain.

“Defendants will argue that the estate cannot produce any evidence indicating they own the assets, thereby failing the first prong of a copyright action,” the attorneys wrote.

The probate court presiding over Jackson’s estate accepted the 2002 will shortly after his death and an appellate court subsequently said the window for challenging the will had closed. The document put Jackson’s assets into a private trust run by Branca and McClain, music industry veterans and longtime Jackson advisors. The trust benefits Jackson’s three children, his mother and charities.

In recent weeks, some of his siblings, who inherited nothing, have said the will was faked and called on Branca and McClain to resign. The executors have condemned “false and defamatory accusations grounded in stale Internet conspiracy theories.”

Their attorney urged a judge last month to bar any attack on the will in front of jurors, writing that it was a settled legal issue and irrelevant to the copyright claims.

“None of this evidence would constitute a legal defense to any of the claims in this lawsuit, and are offered solely so that defendants may point to their relationship with Mrs. Jackson and argue that the estate is somehow being unfair to her,” the attorney wrote.

A hearing is set for Aug. 27.

Allright .. this recent La Times article with Howard Mann attempting to question the validity of the 02 Will as some kind of defense is LUDICRIOUS - but what is even more disgusting and shocking is the fact that it was all nicely and neatly set up.

By whom, you may ask?

Well, let's harken back just a few short weeks ago shall we?

Jackson sib letter was leaked to the media, regarding their concerns over their mother's health, even lied and said she had a "mini-stroke" that was later downgraded to mere "high blood pressure"

Then removing Katherine from the grandchildren she is legally responsible for and prohibiting ALL contact with the outside world so Katherine knew naught what was occuring. Held her so long that TJ, another grandson felt it necessary to take legal steps to PROTECT Michael's children. Later, Katherine comes back to make a court deposition contradicting everything that that sibs had fed to the media to get her guardianship back.

Fueding tabloid stories back and forth disagreed on details but ONE thing was clear - the Siblings of Michael want the ouster of John Branca and will pretty much do anything to get that done, even though they have not taken one LEGAL STEP in that direction. They have submitted NOTHING to the Court .. only used the MEDIA- but that would seem untowardly enough until THIS LA Times Article.

Howard Mann and his business partner Henry Vaccaro are being sued by the MJEstate regarding items in a warehouse they have in their possession due to a bankcruptcy by some Jacksons- not Michael mind you. Both Michael and Janet sued Vacarro at the time of trial to get those items back but because Michael was otherwise busy trying to prove himself innocent - this case slipped through the cracks. No information on janet's case but suspect it fell though too, since Mann and Vacarro HAVE possession.

The details of the lawsuit filed by MJEstate really don't matter but rest assured THEY are trying to PROTECT Michael's image and his copyrights.

What matters?

What does matter is that COURT documents show that Henry Vaccaro handed over to Sneddon items during the 2005 trial in an attempt to facilitate a conviction of Michael.

Remember how gleefully Dimond held up a pair of briefs she supposed to be MJ's? Vaccarro even wrote a little letter saying he hoped it would all work out for Sneddon.

Now one must ask themselves why would any of the Jacksons be dealing with Howard Mann & Henry Vaccaro?

We can hypothetically hear the discussion Howard Mann had with Katherine:

Mann - "Look .. we've got some potentially damning items in a warehouse. We sure don't want to have anythng brought out in the open that might EMBARASS You, Joe, Janet, Tito, Jackie, Marlon, Jermaine, Latoya, Randy and Rebbi - do we? You wanna keep it quiet - dontcha??

Kath- "of course"

Mann- " What I am prepared to do for you Katherine is give you these items IF you - Do business wth me.. SIGN a contract that enslaves Michael's children to PR stints for me and I'll throw a little cash your way.. .. and ALSO help me hawk MJ memorabliia items from the warehouse .on a site called MJVault .. ..and you, Well,,, out of the kindness of our hearts - WE gonna let you write a book about ur boy"

Kath- "and you will turn over the incriminating items?"

Mann- "sure sure.. here Katherine .. let me get you a pen .. just sign on the dotted line.. and oh by the way .. the profits from the book .. We will take 2/3 of it .. for helping your promote it ..dontcha see"


Yep.. that in OUR opinion is how that all went down. And NOW .. everybody knows once you accept being blackmailed ...the blackmailers got you by the shorthairs.. so to speak...

Howard Mann needed the siblings to make a MEDIA fuss about the validity of the O2 Will .. right at the opportune time that the MJEstate VS Howard Mann Henry Vaccaro case was due to be heard.

TIMING IS EVERYTHING ..

and also don't forget - The love of Money will make curious bedfellows ...

What is at stake in the Mann case? Copyright .. Yep you heard it right .. Who ever gets their hot little hands on the Copyrights have a way to make MINT on Michael.

So now go read that LA Times article just one more time .. slowly and truly absorb what went down right in front of our eyes.

A ruse of sorts .. all the while we were thinking this was about the health and welfare of Katherine Jackson and the protection of Michael's HEIRS apparent but in actuality it was all staged for Howard Mann's case.

So we can only assume that Mann and Vaccarro did NOT turn over all of the skeletons in the Jackson warehouse, if you get our drift. We want to assume that he is holding those items over their heads ONCE AGAIN ... because we don't want to believe that the Jacksons are willingly working in conjunction with Vaccaro who worked openly and with great gusto AGAINST Michael to bring a guilty conviction.

To assume that they freely participated in such an abomination when their "fundamental family relationship" with Mkchael's children is so delicate is to suggest that they are in fact really demons and not loving aunts and uncles at all. .
