Henke Pistorius told The Telegraph on Sunday that he and other members of his family owned a total of 55 guns because they could not rely on the police to protect them against criminals. He laid the blame for South Africa's violent crime rates, which are among the highest in the world with 15,000 people murdered last year, on the ANC-led state.


"It speaks to the ANC government, look at white crime levels, why protection is so poor in this country, it's an aspect of our society," he said. "You can't rely on the police, not because they are inefficient always but because crime is so rife."

The feeble minded fangirl was already wailing about his innocence before the facts of the case were even known.

You have to ask yourself the question as to why 99% of the legal professionals in SA, (and I mean this......I can name them: Manny Witz, Renier Spies, James Grant, Ulrich Roux, William Booth etc etc etc) ALL feel differently to what she (the lecturer in law) does.



My fave defense advocate, Renier Spier was asked during OP's testimony WHAT he would be doing if Oscar were his client. He stated that he would be saying, "Oh my ***, Oh my ***, Oh my ***". The rest concurred.

Kelly of course thought he was fabulous.........

Krass. So scheint es also ein um sich greifendes Phänomen zu sein. Wundersam dabei, dass tatsächlich bestehende Fakten, die erwiesen sind, einfach umgekehrt werden und es skurrilste Begründungen für Fehlverhalten oder Umstände gibt, auf die man im Leben nicht kommen würde. Völlig ungesichert, wird das dann als Fakt verkauft und darauf weiter diskutiert, als hätte es so stattgefunden.

Es beginnt mit Diskreditierung von Opfer, Zeugen der Anklage, Ermittlern, Staatsanwalt - geht weiter über einzelne Punkte, die man sehen oder erfahren hat, die werden ganz 'plausibel' einfach und simpel begründet - Wahrheitsgehalt gleich NULL! Erschreckend.

Ja aber hat sie doch auch! Die Aussage Dixons, die Wolmarans ebenso unglaubwürdig machte, führte direkt in die psychiatrische Untersuchung für 30 Tage^^ - die Wende bestand im abermaligen Ändern der Verteidigungsstrategie...Wenn Roux so weitermacht, dann können wir bald ein ganzes Buch füllen mit Verteidigungsstrategien :D

Ich hatte die Wende damals schon bei Dr. Botha gesehen, aber Dixon erst hat sie anschaulich gemacht... also wo sie recht hat hat sie recht. ;)

Das sehe ich auch so. Nach Pistorius im Zeugenstand und den von Nel "gegrillten" Experten musste auf Angststörung gemacht werden.

Hier wird noch einmal wiederholt, dass Roux alles andere als begeistert war, dass er es nicht mehr geschafft hatte vorher mit Dr. Vorster zu sprechen.
Das entsprechende Video hatte ich ja reingestellt.
So begann also die Katastrophe.

Di Gibson: I did not see this on the live stream but apparently Roux wanted to talk to Dr Vorster before she arrived. Apparently he called for a short adjournment and sent two of his colleagues to fetch her. Unfortunately for Roux, Dr Vorster went through a side entrance and made her appearance just as Roux was asking for an adjournment. The judge mentioned that the witness was there and she was then sworn in. Apparently, Roux was furious about the fact that he did not have time to talk to her - wonder what that was about. Did anyone see this?

Di Gibson, Lehrerin(?) aus Süd Afrika schreibt übrigens auch sehr gute Texte. Irgendwer hatte sie hier ja schon einmal zitiert, so dass sie einigen bekannt sein dürfte.

Ich sag's ja andauernd. Roux macht irgendwie seine Hausaufgaben nicht richtig. Die Wahl der Zeugen, alle nur Nachtat-Zeugen. Die Experten kegeln sich gegenseitig raus, Ozzy war der Supergau und nun auch noch Vorster. Dienstag will er, wenn es nach Plan geht, eine weitere Zeugin für Flight/Fight bringen...ich nenne es einfach Fright!

So weit ich das mitbekommen habe, haben Kelly Phelps UND Robin Gurnow schon vorher Interviews mit dem Pistorius Clan gemacht und wollen sich diese Tür wohl nicht verschliessen.
