also wir haben hier zum einen alle wichtigen parteien an der untersuchung beteiligt , un der zweite satz legt nicht fest ob es nun in gebiet gefallen ist was in rebellenhand ist oder ukrainer . ein wichtiger satz , wurde doch desöfteren behauptet das gebiet war unter voller kontrolle der rebellen . dem war demnach nicht so .

between 19 July 2014 and 21 July 2014, and took photographs of items of wreckage.

;) According to ATC data, at 12.53 hrs the aircraft was flying within the Dnipropetrovs’k FIR,
Control Sector 2, at FL330, controlled by Dnipro Control. At that time, Dnipro Control
asked whether MH17 was able to climb to FL350 in accordance with the flight plan of
MH17 and also to clear a potential separation conflict with other traffic in the area,
another Boeing 777 flying at FL330 and approaching from behind.
The crew replied they were unable to comply and requested to maintain at FL330. This
was agreed by Dnipro Control. As an alternative to solve the separation conflict, the
other traffic climbed to FL350. According to ATC data, at 13.00 hrs the crew of flight
MH17 requested to divert the track 20 NM to the left, due to weather. This also was
agreed by Dnipro Control, after which the crew requested whether FL340 was available.
Dnipro control informed MH17 that FL340 was not available at that moment and
instructed the flight to maintain FL330 for a while. At 13.07 hrs the flight was transferred
to Dnipropetrovs’k CTA 4, also with call sign Dnipro Control.
interessant ! mh17 wurde also aufgefordert auf fl350 zu steigen , diesem konnte nicht nachgekommen werden und die SIA? maschiene stieg auf fl350 . weniger später bat mh17 darum , "20nm to the left " fliegen zu dürfen wegen schlechtem wetter , diesem wurde stattgegeben .

between armed groups and Ukrainian armed forces.
der flug befand sich auf vollkommen korrekter höhe für diese gebiet . wie wir heute wissen nicht sicher genug .
For this investigation ATC surveillance data was obtained from both Ukraine (UkSATSE)
and the Russian Federation. The data obtained was the following:

im bericht wird bis jetzt kein wort von einem kampfjet erwähnt .
wir haben ebenfalls wetterkarten , die zeigen das gewitter in der nähe waren , im bereich des absturzortes aber immer wieder noch blaue lücken waren .
die atc gespräche sind als transkript im bericht drin , ist aber nix auffälliges .

The recording also included crew communication which gave no indication that there
was anything abnormal with the flight.

Noting that the investigation team has not yet had the opportunity to recover these
components for forensic examination, photographs from the wreckage indicated that the
material around the holes was deformed in a manner consistent with being punctured by
high-energy objects. The characteristics of the material deformation around the puncture
holes appear to indicate that the objects originated from outside the fuselage.
es gab wie erwartet nicht die möglichkeit wichtige beweisstücke unter die lupe zu nehmen ,darunter das cockpit ..das es ganz sicher abgetrennt hat vom rest des flugzeugs
The fact that there were many pieces of aircraft structure distributed over a large
area indicated that the aircraft broke up in the air.
Further work
will at least include the following areas of interest to substantiate the factual information
regarding:

detailed analyses of data, including CVR, FDR and other sources, recorded onboard
the aircraft;
•
detailed analyses of recorded ATC surveillance data and radio communication;
•
detailed analyses of the meteorological circumstances;
•
forensic examination of wreckage if recovered and possible foreign objects, if found;
•
results of the pathological investigation;
•
analyses of the in-flight break up sequence;
•
assessment of the operator’s and State of Occurrence’s management of flight safety
over a region of conflict or high security risk;
•
any other areas that are identified during the investigation.
noch viel zu tun ! wir können aber festhalten das mit keinem wort ein kampfjet erwähnt wird der sich in nähe befunden hat .
gibt es zwei theorie dafür . die russen halten diese "beweise " zurück , wobei sie da schön blöd wären , oder aber es war nie ein kampfjet in umgebung .
