Bei der Bundeswehr gibt es Spracheinstufungstests um festzustellen wie gut Soldaten in diversen Sprachen sind.
Zeitsoldaten können in der Regel an so einem Test teilnehmen und so die Möglichkeit erhalten, bei entsprechender Qualifikation diese Kenntnisse aufzubessern.

Ich hab vor ein paar Jahren mal diesen Test gemacht, der besteht ausslieslich aus diesen mulitiply choice Bögen.
