"STILL INSIDE THE RED STICKY HAND"

^ inside the red sticky hand is not possible, how could that be meant? If stuck inside the red sticky hand is possible, how is that possible?

Is it possible that red sticky hand was sprayed with something?

They could wrap it around their hand or arm and refer to that as „inside“. They could cut it open. They could just make a joke.

Why should it be sprayed with something? I don‘t think so.
