Because you don't text that much anymore and I rarely get answers from you via What's App. That's confusing. I'm wondering if you're mad at me because I'm doing this thing here in the mental hospital.

I'm not. Even if I were, what sense would it make? None. And since you need your time and are occupied by the therapies, it would do more harm than good if I would text you as I used to do.
That's why I refrain from texting you so much.
