Well, I'm single and feel ambiguous about it. On the one hand, I'm capable of keeping myself busy on my own, but on the other hand it's still rather unsatisfactory.

I'm single but I kinda don't want to be in a relationship for now. You're basically always going to be hurt in a relationship and I just don't want to experience any of that any more. Having a friend with benefits is actually quite a good solution to that problem. Call me an emotionless bitch for that but it isn't really that bad if you think about it.

You are not an emotionless bitch. I can't blame you for not wanting to get hurt again. It sounds as though you have gotten hurt in the past. Is that true? Love is always a risk. Sometimes, taking a break from dating and relationships is a good idea. FWB is also a good idea if you want your needs to be met with no strings attached.

However, if you desire an emotional connection with someone in the future, be it near or far, then some risks will have to be taken eventually.
