yesterday...me and the guy, i'm looking after in work went out to a shopping centre, when one of the back wheels of his wheelchair came off. we had to call aa roadwatch...amazing stuff alright :D

yeah man you´re right and already switched my meditation routine to counting my breath with the eyes closed. it´s good for quick meds.

yeah the plan is do stuff with less energy as the discussion was little bit draining though probably not bad for resilience or whatever.
